Our business to business strategies rely heavily on our collectors’ expertise as well as the experience of our national network of attorneys. We tailor our approaches based on debt size and accommodate balances ranging from several hundred dollars to the hundreds of thousands. We handle accounts from the early stages of delinquency through litigation and post judgment remedies, with each phase managed by our action and response system.
CONSUMER DIVISION – small balance
Specifically designed to recover balances up to $1000, our small balance system segments accounts through proprietary algorithms and information gathered from our scrub vendors. We target windows of opportunity through a combination of creative dunning as well as dialer strategies. We offer first party as well as third party programs, focusing on debt recovery as well as customer retention and problem resolution.
CONSUMER DIVISION – large balance
Our “more standard” collection division offers dunning/dialer strategies followed by cradle-to-grave collections, heavily utilizing skip tracing. Accounts which cannot be collected through system oriented strategies receive the attention of dedicated skip tracers and collectors. If necessary, they’re referred for litigation and post judgment remedies utilizing asset searches, both automated and manual.
