ECCs Credit Card Decline Correction Service is a specialized and targeted
multi-media program that recaptures sales when consumer credit cards have been declined.
Since credit card or debit check information is obtained with the customers initial
application, payment problems can result later if the credit card is changed, lost or
stolen, or if checking account errors occur. ECC quickly contacts the customer by mail and
phone to resell the service or product
and obtain a new credit card number or other necessary
payment information.
Outsourcing to ECC can be handled so that our participation is transparent to customers.
