What We Do...

Specialized letters and phone calls to your customers requiring collections expertise combined with a customer service orientation can be outsourced to ECC on a fixed fee basis. Contacts can be made under the agency’s banner or under your own. Letters produced on agency letterhead and referring to debts are known as
"third party letters". Both mail and phone programs utilize letters and/or telephone scripts that are customized to each client’s needs.

ECC’s teleservices offered on a fixed fee basis include The Relationship Calling Program and the Tele-Collections Program.

Where to Use Fixed Fee Efforts...
  • Early in the relationship to weed out service problems, obtain information leading to payment or salvage customers.
  • Later on to call attention to a problem or unpaid bill, saving unnecessary mail and customer service costs.
  • As a final step before referring accounts to an agency for collection on a contingency basis or as a "last ditch effort" to keep a customer.
